You will need your barcode number and date of birth to access the online screen. Please verify your current summons date which is located on the summons or postcard you received in the mail.

Your jury duty may be rescheduled only one time.

You must choose a specific date for rescheduling both online and when calling the Jury office to reschedule. Check your personal and work calendars when selecting your date.

Extreme emergencies may be considered if a second rescheduling is requested. Please call the Jury Office at (419) 213-4790.
