Judge Ken Walz Takes Office

Judge Ken Walz has joined the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas General Division Bench.

Judge Walz was elected in November to a six-year term that starts January 8, 2025. He succeeds Judge Linda Jennings, who retired.

A graduate of the University of Toledo and received his law degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.

Prior to joining our Bench, Judge Walz served as an Assistant Lucas County Prosecutor Attorney.

Judge Walz is in Courtroom 10.
